Greek Salad Dressing (5 Minutes!)

Ready in 5 minutes, this Greek salad dressing can be enjoyed as a marinade as well! It's zesty, bright and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the olive oil in a jar and add the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Seal the jar and shake well for a minute until completely combined.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before serving.
