Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves grated on a microplane
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, grated garlic and salt.
  2. While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until combined.
