This Greek seasoning blend is easy to make and the best blend of Greek spices. It's full of garlic, basil, rosemary, oregano, and thyme.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar.
- Mix to combine.
- Store in an airtight container with your other spices.

Notes
- Make sure the spices you use for your mix aren’t expired. Expired spices don’t give any flavor to the dish.
- Adjust the salt level to your liking. If you're watching your sodium levels, you can use less salt.
- You can replace the kosher salt with Himalayan sea salt if you prefer.
