Greek Seasoning Recipe

This Greek seasoning blend is easy to make and the best blend of Greek spices. It's full of garlic, basil, rosemary, oregano, and thyme.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar. 
  2. Mix to combine. 
  3. Store in an airtight container with your other spices. 

Notes

  • Make sure the spices you use for your mix aren’t expired. Expired spices don’t give any flavor to the dish.
  • Adjust the salt level to your liking. If you're watching your sodium levels, you can use less salt. 
  • You can replace the kosher salt with Himalayan sea salt if you prefer.
