Greek Style Baked Chicken Breasts

Moist chicken seasoned with delicious Greek flavors such as garlic, lemon, coriander, and oregano, and garnished with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 zest of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together oil, garlic, lemon zest, oregano, coriander, salt and cayenne in a small bowl.
  4. Using hands, gently rub the mixture on the chicken breasts.
  5. Spread mixture on all sides of chicken as well as underneath the skin (if applicable).
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
