Greek Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
Greek Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps are lighter versions of gyros or tacos served in lettuce wraps instead of a pita or tortilla! They fit into your healthy low-carb, Paleo, and gluten-free diets.
Ingredients
- 1 ground turkey 16-ounce package Honeysuckle White
- 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning store bought or homemade
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 12 leaves butter lettuce or bibb lettuce
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped, large
- 24 cherry tomato halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. Sprinkle Greek seasoning on the turkey and cook about 5 minutes more. Add garlic and cook about a minute longer. Remove from heat.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Add about 2 tablespoons of the ground turkey mixture in each of the lettuce leaves.
- Top each Greek Turkey Taco Lettuce Wrap with chopped red onions, chopped cucumbers, chopped tomatoes (halved cherry tomatoes), and crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve immediately.

- * You could substitute Italian Seasoning instead of Greek Seasoning.
