- 2 cups low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicles sticks, and freeze until solid.
