Greek Yogurt Berry Popsicles

These fruity mixed berry popsicles are made with creamy Greek yogurt for an added boost of protein!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. 
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicles sticks, and freeze until solid.
