Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste, sea salt
  • black pepper to taste, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons dill chopped, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  2. Stir in the chopped dill and parsley until well-mixed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetables or pita chips.
