Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, whole milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dill chopped (optional, fresh
- 2 teaspoons honey gently warmed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until the mixture is well blended and emulsified.
