Greek Yogurt Fruit Pops

These pops are made SUPER easy. Just blend up the ingredients, put them in a popsicle maker, and freeze.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit, I used 1 banana, strawberries, and blueberries
  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Truvia, or sub another sweetener

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit, 2 cups low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons Truvia, or any sweeteners to taste, depending on the fruit you use it may be sweet enough without sweetener.
  3. Pour the completely smooth mixture into prepared popsicle molds or paper cups.
  4. Place into the freezer until completely set up. Return any leftovers to the freezer.
