Ingredients

  • 6 cups Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash fruit and dry REALLY well. Combine in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Pour into the bowl of fruit and mix carefully.
  3. Chill in the fridge until ready to eat. It tastes great right away, but I usually like to let it chill for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
