Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk or buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a lidded jar, combine the yogurt, milk, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cover with lid, seal, and shake to combine.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
