Green Adaptogen Protein Smoothie
Get your adaptogens, Vitamins, and protein in one nutrient-dense smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 whole banana peeled and frozen, ripe
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp almond butter unsweetened
- 1/3 cup PLAIN yogurt unsweetened
- 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp collagen peptides **
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

- *I use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any yogurt you'd like
