This scrumptious vegan green apple smoothie tastes like apple pie in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 1 large granny smith apple
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 12 oz Mori-Nu Soft Silken Tofu
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Stop the blender and scrape down sides of blender as needed. The smoothie will be extra thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass (or divide between two glasses) and serve.
