Green Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms

Green Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms sautés mushrooms in butter before combining them with tender green beans, shallots, garlic, and chicken broth. The result is a rich, buttery vegetable side with umami notes from the shiitakes and balanced aromatics from shallots and garlic. Simmering until the liquid reduces intensifies the flavor and tenderizes the beans.
