Green Berry Juice That Tastes AMAZING!

A delicious berry juice recipe you can make in the blender. It's low in sugar and packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 4 cups Fresh Kale
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries 3 cups thawed if making in a juicer

Instructions

Blender Instructions
    Cup of Yum
  1. To a blender jar, add the water, kale or spinach, and berries. Cover with lid and process until smooth. 
  2. Pour into glasses and serve. 
Juicer Instructions
  1. Place a large cup directly beneath the juicer spout. 
  2. Turn the juicer on, and working one at a time, place the kale and berries into the shoot, using the plunger to press them down. *Omit the water.
  3. Power off the juicer and divide the juice between 2 glasses, adding water to dilute, if necessary.
