  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 handful ice
Optional Additions:
  • 1 erving collagen peptides or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia or hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Bee Pollen
  • 1 date or honey to sweeten

Instructions
