Green Detox Smoothie
This immunity-boosting green smoothie recipe is packed with vitamins and nutrients to give you long-lasting energy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach organic
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 medium orange (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 inch piece ginger root (peeled)
- ½ medium apple
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Serve as is or over ice.
Notes
- Feel free to use fresh or frozen fruit. You can also add more or less ice to reach desired thickness.
