Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill fresh
  • 1 cup parsley fresh
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup mint fresh
  • 1/4 cup basil fresh
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 anchovy filets canned
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy with small green speckles.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
