Green Goddess Dressing
Green Goddess Dressing uses fresh herbs, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, and anchovy for a wonderfully creamy, fresh, tangy dressing or dip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dill fresh
- 1 cup parsley fresh
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup mint fresh
- 1/4 cup basil fresh
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 anchovy filets canned
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy with small green speckles.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
