Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter lettuce thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach thinly sliced
  • 2 cucumbers diced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add in your lettuce, arugula, spinach, cucumbers, broccoli, and green onions, toss to mix.
  2. Pour your green goddess dressing, or any dressing of your choice over the top, tossing again to evenly distribute the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
