Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale torn from stem
  • 2-3 tablespoon Goji berries
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups coconut water
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • chia seeds flax seeds or cocoa nibs, optional add-ins

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and puree until combined.
  2. Pour into a glass, add a straw and be proud of yourself.
