Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach brand Dole
- 1 cup green grapes brand Fowler Packing
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- ½ cup protein powder
- 1 inch fresh ginger root chopped, piece
- ice to thicken
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice if you want a thicker smoothie.
