  • 2 cups Dole baby spinach
  • 1 cup Fowler Packing green grapes
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger root (chopped)
  • ice to thicken
