Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine everything in a high powered blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth and the chia seeds are finely ground.

Notes

  • Try flax instead of chia for a different crunch.
