Ingredients
- 1 Mango peeled and cut into pieces, small, ripe
- 1 banana peeled and cut into pieces, small ripe
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 Whey Protein Isolate LifeExtension, natural vanilla flavor, scoop
- 1 cup milk your favorite kind
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
