  • 1 small ripe mango peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 small ripe banana  peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups of baby spinach leaves
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 1 scoop of LifeExtention Whey Protein Isolate (Natural Vanilla Flavor
  • 1 cup of milk your favorite kind
