Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • ⅓ cup celery chopped
  • lime juice of 1
  • 1 Tablespoon mint fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • ¼ inch ginger root peeled, slice
  • pinch Turmeric

Instructions

  1. Place spinach and coconut water in the blender and blend until liquified.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
