Green Smoothie
Refreshing Green Smoothie - simple recipe, tastes delicious! Cold and delicious drink for the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 apple cored and quartered
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- ⅓ cup celery chopped
- lime juice of 1
- 1 Tablespoon mint fresh
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- ¼ inch ginger root peeled, slice
- pinch Turmeric
Instructions
- Place spinach and coconut water in the blender and blend until liquified.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth.
