  • 1 cup almond milk plus more as desired, unsweetened
  • 1 banana in chunks, frozen
  • ½ cup frozen fruit I used frozen mango, of choice
  • 2 cups baby spinach loosely packed
  • 1 coop protein powder optional, vanilla
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds optional
