Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ cup peaches frozen, about 6 slices
  • ½ avocado overripe
  • 1.5 cups spinach
  • 5 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ⅛ cup collagen powder
  • For topping
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup berries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine everything into a high powered blender. To make it easier to blend you can place the spinach, almond milk and avocado on the bottom instead of the frozen goods.
  2. Blend until combined. You may need a tamper to press down the ingredients as this bowl is thick.
  3. Once combined, topped with your favorite toppings!

Notes

  • The mixture is extremely thick. This means you’ll probably need a tamper when you’re blending it.
  • Remember, add more water or milk sparingly as you’ll ruin the texture with too much.
  • Top the avocado smoothie bowl with your favorite crunchy items or even some coconut milk you have in the fridge for an extra dose of healthy fats!
