- ½ cup PLAIN yogurt or Greek
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 cup milk
- honey to taste, optional
Instructions
- Add yogurt, kale, banana, pineapple, flax seeds and milk to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey to taste if desired. Serve immediately.
