Green Smoothie Recipe

An easy green smoothie recipe with Kale and pineapple is the perfect way to kickstart your day!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup PLAIN yogurt or Greek
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • honey to taste, optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add yogurt, kale, banana, pineapple, flax seeds and milk to blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Add honey to taste if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter smoothie, add honey or use a vanilla flavored yogurt.
  • For a thicker smoothie, freeze banana and pineapple before blending.
