Ingredients

  • 4 vegan sausage roll frozen
  • olive oil extra virgin, spray
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Cosori Air Fryer

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove the frozen vegan sausage rolls from the packaging and place into the air fryer basket.
  2. Brush with egg wash or spray with extra virgin olive oil spray.
  3. Air fry for 8 minutes at 160c/320f, then egg wash or spray again and then cook for a final 4 minutes at 200c/400f.

Notes

  • Spray. Don’t miss the step of spraying or adding egg wash as it gives your vegan rolls that wonderful glow that you associate with the British bakery.
  • Wash. If you are using egg wash then mix one egg in a ramekin with a splash of milk.
