Grilled Ahi Tuna Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 ahi tuna steaks 1/2″ thick
  • 3 tbsp Seafood Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup herb butter plus 2 tbsp for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse with cool water and dry the tuna with a paper towel.
  2. Brush the ahi tuna slices in 2 tablespoons of melted compound butter and then coat with spice mixture on both sides.
  3. Grill on high for 3 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with rice that has been gently tossed with the remaining compound butter and steamed broccoli or other vegetable of choice.
