Ingredients

  • ⅓ Orange, Plus Peel sliced
  • 6 ounce cranberries
  • 2 apples unpeeled but core removed
  • ¾ Cup sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat your grill or a cast iron skillet over medium high heat (about 400 degrees). Grill the apple slices for about 2 minutes per side. You want the outside nicely grilled, but don't want the center of the apple to get mushy.
  2. Once the apples are grilled remove from the grill and allow to cool. Once cool, halve the apple slices and add to a food processor.
  3. Place the remaining fruits in a food processor or blender and chop until fine.
  4. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
