Grilled Asian Garlic Steak Skewers

Grilled Asian Garlic Steak Skewers are marinated in a delicious asian sesame sauce and grilled to tender and juicy perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak top
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 6 garlic minced, cloves
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (I like using the Japanese assorted sesame seeds but any will work)
  • 1 red onion cut into one inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into one inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into one inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into one inch pieces

  • green onion for garnish, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into one inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, ginger and sesame seeds. Add the steak and toss to coat in marinade. Marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Thread the meat, red onion, and bell pepper onto the skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes until the meat is done to desired liking.
