Grilled Cheese Roll Ups
Grilled Cheese Roll Ups feature slices of white bread flattened and wrapped around Wisconsin cheddar cheese, then pan-fried in butter until all sides are golden brown and the cheese melts inside. This method creates a crispy exterior and gooey cheese interior in a handheld form. The recipe is flexible, allowing substitutions of bread and cheese types to adjust flavor and texture.
