Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless & skinless
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 6 garlic cloves pressed
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt adjust to preference
- 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken thighs and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour and up to overnight.
- When you're ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F). Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and place them directly on the grill.
- Grill the thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
