Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning click HERE
- 6 flour tortillas soft taco size
- 6 slices Bacon cooked, crumbled
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- sour cream to taste
- ranch dressing optional
- cilantro chopped, to taste
Instructions
- Drizzle a little olive oil over each chicken breast.
- Generously rub each chicken breast with taco seasoning.
- Grill over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Remove from grill and let rest for about 3-5 minutes.
- Cut chicken into slices or bite-sized dices and place on tortilla.
- Top with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
