Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a zip-loc bag. Toss to coat the chicken thoroughly.
- Marinade the chicken for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, and pat dry with paper towels. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Add chicken to the grill, and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
- Flip and cook an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
