- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) package of dry ranch dressing mix
- 3 teaspoons pureed chipotles in adobo sauce, divided
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 4 lices cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 lices cooked bacon divided
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 leaves lettuce, divided
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, 2 teaspoons pureed chipotles, and the dry ranch dressing in a large bowl.
- Shape into 4 equal patties. Heat the grill to high heat and grill on both sides until no longer pink throughout.
- Combine the ranch dressing and the remaining teaspoon of pureed chipotle for the chipotle ranch sauce.
- Assemble the burgers with the grilled burger, lettuce, cheese, bacon, and the chipotle ranch sauce.
