- 2 c. corn charred or grilled
- 1/2 c. onion purple, diced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice fresh
- 2 tomatoes seeded & diced, vine ripened
- 1/4 c. cilantro chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
Instructions
