Grilled Garlic Bread

Grilled Garlic Bread is the perfect addition to dinner. The garlic butter combined with the grill flavor makes this absolutely fabulous.

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf of French Bread
  • 1/2 cup salted butter softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic 
  • 1 Tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat your grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. With a hand held mixer, combine the butter, olive oil, garlic and parsley.  Mix until combined and fluffy.
  3. The cut the French bread in half length-wise.
  4. Spread the butter mixture on each side of the bread and top it with the grated Parmesan Cheese.
  5. Place the pieces of bread back together.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
  7. Place on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes turning it occasionally until the bread is crispy on the outside and heated threw.
  8. Then cut the bread into slices.  Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can easily make this recipe with any type of bread.  Keep the bread wrap in the foil until ready to serve to keep it warm.
