Grilled Havarti and Tomato on Kalamata Olive Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 lices of leftover kalamata bread
  • 2 lices of Havarti cheese
  • 2 lices of tomato
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread the butter on one side of each piece of bread and place one piece in the large skillet, butter side down.
  3. Top with one slice of cheese, add an even layer of tomatoes, followed by the remaining cheese slice, and lastly top with the remaining piece of bread, butter side up.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
