Ingredients
- 2 lices of leftover kalamata bread
- 2 lices of Havarti cheese
- 2 lices of tomato
- butter
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the butter on one side of each piece of bread and place one piece in the large skillet, butter side down.
- Top with one slice of cheese, add an even layer of tomatoes, followed by the remaining cheese slice, and lastly top with the remaining piece of bread, butter side up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.
