Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeno pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 425°F to 450°F.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds using a spoon or a jalapeño corer.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, and salt until well combined. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed jalapeños on the grill, close the lid, and grill for about 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
