Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lemons juiced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Then add the onions.
- Next place the chicken in a gallon size bag with the marinade and allow for it to marinade overnight.
- Place the chicken on a preheated grill. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill or until the chicken is cooked through (no longer pink in the middle).
- Grill additional lemon to serve with the chicken (optional).
