Grilled Peaches with Yogurt and Granola

These super quick and easy Grilled Peaches with Yogurt and Granola make a delicious and wholesome breakfast that will energize you in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches sliced in half and pitted
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stove or grill to high heat.
  2. Brush a grill pan with oil or spray with cooking spray or prepare a grill.
  3. Place the peach halves facing sliced side down on the grill pan (or grill) and cook for about 5 minutes or until the peaches are heated and have grill marks.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill pan and place sliced side up on a plate.
  5. Top each peach half with a tablespoon of yogurt.
  6. Drizzle honey over the yogurt and peaches.
  7. Spoon about a tablespoon of granola over each peach half.
  8. Enjoy!
