Ingredients
- 12 Baguette slices
- 1 pear cut into 12 slices
- 2 ounces goat cheese room temperature
- 6 slices prosciutto cut in half crosswise
- high-quality balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the oven until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the pear slices until the pear is just starting to soften, about 1 minutes per side.
- Spread some goat cheese on each baguette slice, then top each with a piece of prosciutto and a slice of pear.
- Drizzle 2 to 3 drops of balsamic vinegar over each pear slice. Serve.
