Grilled Peas in the Pod
This is the easiest ever recipe for salted grilled peas in the pod! Eat them like edamame for a sweet, healthy, delicious, gluten free and vegan snack!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs peas cleaned and dried, fresh, in the pod
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- sea salt I like Maldon, flaky, for finishing
Notes
- To eat, remove the peas from the pod with your teeth, as if you're eating edamame.
