Grilled Pineapple

This grilled pineapple recipe is the easiest side dish or dessert for your next cook out! Coated in melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar, these pineapple rings are absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple cored, peeled, and cut into ¾-inch slices
  • ¼ cup melted butter unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil more if needed to thin out the mixture

Instructions

  1. Combine the melted butter, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
  2. Add the pineapple rings to the mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Heat the grill to 350°F-400°F.
  4. Grill the pineapple rings for 7 to 10 minutes, flipping at the halfway point (or four times if you want criss cross grill marks). Brush the pineapples with the butter mixture throughout, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, enjoy warm.
