Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled Pork Chops are seasoned with a marinade of salt, black pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and oil, then cooked over medium-high heat until reaching a safe internal temperature. This method yields moist pork with a balanced seasoning blend that caramelizes on the grill surface, enhancing flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika ground
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops 1 inch thick, bone-in
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and allow excess liquid to drip off.
- On a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat, grill the chops until no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the pork has reached 145 degrees.
