Grilled Pork Chops with Peach Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 (4 oz. each) ½-inch thick bone-in pork chops
The Salsa:
  • 1 cup chopped peaches
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 small jalapeño diced (membranes & seeds discarded)
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Lightly coat the grill with oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mixture together the cumin, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
  3. Place the pork chops on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on the first side, flip and cook until the pork chops are just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with the salsa.
The Salsa:
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the peaches, tomatoes, jalapeno, lime juice, agave nectar, cilantro and salt.
