Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Grilled Pork Tenderloin is marinated in a mixture of garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, and seasonings, resulting in sweet, savory, and slightly tangy flavors. Grilling over indirect heat ensures a tender, juicy interior with a caramelized exterior. The marinade doubles as a sauce enhancing the dish’s richness.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin 2-3 pounds, whole
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Place the pork along with the rest of the ingredients into a large ziplock bag together and marinade for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare the grill for indirect heat and remove the pork from the ziplock and place onto an oiled grill.
- Grill for 20 to 25 minutes until the middle of the tenderloin is at 145 degrees (using a thermometer)
- Add the marinade to a small saucepan, bring to a boil and use as sauce when pork is done cooking.
